Smoked my last ciggy today. Ive had one to go to bed, and one to get up to, the rest of the day filled with nicotene gum. I dont care what anyone says, as much as I would love to have one, givin up smokin is a piece of piss. If the first three days are the hardest, this is actualy easier than not not smokin.
